Workshops & Events

School Workshops

Hands-on learning that turns plastic waste into possibility.

Using real recycled plastic, students explore problem-solving, design thinking, and small-scale recycling — seeing firsthand how local waste can become something new. Programs include single-session presentations and multi-session series like loopLAB, where students move from idea → design → production.

Public Workshops

Meaningful, skill-building experiences for youth, adults, and community groups.

Our public workshops invite people into the studio — or out into community spaces — to learn the recycling process, make something they can take home, and explore the bigger systems behind waste and sustainability. Offerings such as Roots & Wonder blend creativity, climate emotions, and hands-on making to create grounding, community-centered experiences.

Teacher Training

Practical tools and confidence to bring circular economy learning into the classroom.

Mobile Studio Workshops

Small-scale recycling brought directly to your community.

Beginning in 2026, our mobile recycling studio will travel to schools, community events, and rural regions — delivering on-site plastic shredding, sheet pressing, and injection molding. Participants learn how local waste systems work, create products from community plastics, and engage in circular-economy problem solving. This model allows us to meet communities where they are, making climate action tangible and local.

Work That Reconnects Workshop

Space to slow down, process, and transform climate emotions into grounded action.

Rooted in Joanna Macy’s framework and adapted for local context, these sessions guide participants through reflection, community connection, and hands-on creativity. Through facilitated practices and making with recycled plastic, we explore grief, hope, possibility, and our place within a changing world — reconnecting people to themselves, each other, and the work ahead.
